Feeling Flewed Out: Austin Rotisserie

Let’s just say it’s endless options in the food truck game and this weekend we added a new food truck to our favorites list. Austin Rotisserie brings French cuisine to Texas with their French Rotisserie chicken, Petites Patates, and Baguettes.

Location: The truck is located on South Congress right in front of the Far Out Lounge. There's enough room for parking, but we'd love to see them move to a more lively location.

Instagram Worthiness: From the chicken on the rotisserie to the French flag flying on the truck the whole experience is worthy of a feed post if not a Reel!

Menu: Before we even get into the menu items, we need to acknowledge the fact that we loveee the menu design. The lil chicken on their are so cute.

Price: $5-$20

Taste: We’ll be honest, we didn’t really know what to expect. But honey when we sliced off the first lil piece of chicken and saw how moist it was we knew it was about to go down. Aside from the chicken being moist, the flavor was out of this world. It was such a unique taste with a slight herb flavor. The Petites Patates were the perfect side for the chicken but we wish the potatoes were a tad bit softer. The chicken also came with an Argula & Goat Cheese Salad and homemade dressings.

Service: The truck is ran by a husband and wife and you can tell they're passionate about what they're doing. They answered all of our questions, had our food ready when we pulled up, and event tied up our baguette all cute and shit.

Who Would Like This Spot: Anybody that loves French cuisine and supporting local businesses

Rating: 8.5/10 Seasoning Bottles. Hoping to see them at a bigger location soon.
